Perri Weber

Perri Weber is a multifamily advisor focused on helping investors achieve their portfolio desires throughout the West Coast. Since joining Columbia Equity Advisors in 2018, Perri has gained significant transaction experience, which has allowed her to develop a comprehensive approach to marketing and selling investment real estate. She is involved in the local and state markets through her memberships in the Certified Commercial Investment Group, Realtor Women's Council and National Association of Realtors, and Clark County Association of Realtors. Before joining CEA, Perri spent 12 years working as a District Manager at Starbucks Coffee Company. In her prior position, she was responsible for a portfolio of 13 locations with over 350 employees. Perri leverages her years of multi-unit experience to provide the same level of attention to detail, strategy, organization and problem-solving to each of our clients' needs today. Perri was born and raised in Vancouver, WA, and received her bachelor's degree in Business with an emphasis in Operations Management from Washington State University.

Keesa has extensive background in commercial investment and property management including acquisitions, dispositions, operations, risk management, maintenance, insurance and legal. Prior to joining Columbia Equity Advisors in 2020, Keesa was the Risk Manager at NALS Apartment Homes which owned and managed over 15,000 apartment units in 10 states, and she served as the President and board member for the Oregon Chapter of the Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS). She holds a Real Estate Finance degree from Portland State University and the Associate of Risk Management (ARM) accreditation.
